Hub Adapter...help...

Post by MX-3 Lover »

Hey guys...heres the deal..I have a Grant Wheel. I need an adapter for it but Grant does not make one. Its a 5 bolt also. Can I use any other companies Hub (part number???)?

Also, is there another car that has the same spline as my 1992 MX3 ??

I'm killing myself trying to find this..any help would be amazing!
Thanks
Mat

Mazda 323 88> 5702
Mazda 626 7/80-91 5702
Mazda Miata 89-02 5702
Mazda RX-7 7/80-85 5702

these are momo hub adapter part numbers for 5702 hub adapter. i believe the mx3 is a 5702 as well

i know i was saying momo and sparco hubs fit but not to a grant wheel so i was hinting that maybe the grant steering wheel hubs may be the same for those year cars since they are the same for momo. sorry for the late dialogue. :pimp: smokin too much. u can see i already forgot some of what i was going to post so i made another one and forgot some more...

Grant does make an adapter that fits. So does Pilot. The part #'s are 3545 and 4545 but I'm not sure which is Grant and which is Pilot. Either way, they'll both fit, and either way, you can get one at AutoZone. Only thing is, it's special order (2 business days). Go to the parts counter and ask for one for an MX-3, no cruise control, no radio buttons on steering wheel. If you have cruise control, you'll have to drill a hole in the hub adapter cover for the horn & cruise connector to poke through. Let me know if you need a better explanation once you get it.
