Just sold my MX-3 :(

Post by Bri94GS »

As the topic says, I just sold my 94 GS. I must say, it was sad to see her go, but the new owner seemed to love it just as much as I have over the last 4 years. I'm in Connecticut, but he's bringing it back to Texas with him. Anyways, I just picked up my '04 Mazda 3s Hatchback a few weeks ago. Drives/Handles very similar to the MX-3, with a little more room. I'm sure I'll end up buying another MX-3 some day. Just wanted to say thanks for all the years of help this board has given me, and if anyone ever needs help, feel free to email or AIM me. I'll still read the board every once in a while to stay up to date. Later.

Sorry, that was a pretty sad farewell, wasn't it? Especially for one of this site's first members(#261). Sorry to see you go, bro, but come back and check up often! :sadwavey:

Its funny this was mentioned. Im looking to buy a new car in the next year. I am looking at the RSX type S and the Celica GTS (00-04). I told a friend this and there like "WHAT your going to sell your MX-3!!!!" , honestly I dont think I could sell it. I would keep it as a second car. Its just that eventually, putting 40,000km a year on this car, the kms are going to start to catch up. I want a new car with working a/c, real leather interior, a 6 speed manual, good headlights...heated seats...

It would be so hard to sell this car... I love my mx3 :)

yeah, truth is, I probably keep my MX-3 (beyond the fact I enjoy it so much), because I was able to stop using it awhile back for high mileage commuting and drive other stuff into the ground instead. I have a 90 MX-6 that became my "go ta hell car." Helps to be able to work on the MX-3 without absolute dependence on it as primary wheels.

Yea, I wish I could have kept mine....I'll def. end up buying another one someday, probably after I finish college....the 3 is nice though, and it's almost $100 cheaper/month for insurance. I'll def. still check the site out, and feel free to AIM/E-mail me if you have any mx-3 questions. This site is a very well organzied forum. I been posting on a Mazda 3 Forum for a few weeks now, and it's ridiculous how much nonsense goes on...later
