Does anyone have any instructions for taking them out?

Loosen 2 screws then just push the two front release thingies.

the bottom part of the seats just pull out... the back you can see the bolts best when you push the seats forward i think.. they bolt it into the bottom of the car

oh ok thanks, i was pretty sure the botttom just pulled out but didnt want to pull in case i would brake any clips, thanks
