Painting slim visors?

I just saw a photo of a custom painted metallic blue mx-3. It had the slim visors painted to match the exterior color of the car. I thought it looked pretty sweet. Has anyone else done this with your slim visors and what do u think of it? Is your visibility cut down a lot by the opaque visors? If u have done it, lemme know how.

If i had some id paint them to match color of my car. you have to scuff them use plastic primer and then you put on base color

Yeah, I got my visors in a couple weeks ago, and I plan on painting them my car's body color when I get a new paint job...need more $$$$
