head lights

can any one tell me how can i make my head lights to look clear. cuz its all blury looking. how should i clean it and wat kind of product should i use to clean it.

I find that Blue Magic Plastic Polish works great, but you have to apply it every couple weeks or so.

Oh yeah, I have a stock ATX 92 RS too.

do i need to take the lights out, or just rub it on??
