lol....even in an official letter from the company they can't even get the english language down...yet we're supposed to take them seriously. Here's a hint...try proofreading.....it works ;) just my OPINION of course. If their legal action is as sloppy as their writing u got NOTHING to worry about.....again just an OPINION

umm, onderground sux. their kits have been prooven not to fit correctly. they copie ideas, g-tec=g-forces kit and say they dont. agressor is a copy of the comabt. the least they could do is add something a little different like pakafier. i love how they claim to be god, when their not.

oh, this is my personaly opinion, please, come try and hit me with a lawsuit! umm i believe freedom of speech fall into place. howbout we all make a thread on their boards, just expressing how much they suck.

I agree with Marlon,

They have pictures of my car on their site, and I want them off!! I don't support their company, so I don't want pictures of my car on their site.

If they wanted my pictures i'd like to be asked first, but I guess that's asking to much of them.

It really is unfortunate that they are so un-professional. The way they slander other companies is so childish, and in the real world, you dont slander your competition.... You outdo them with your superior products.

Unfortunately, Onderground Design doesn't have superior products to anyone, their fitment is terrible, and their level of maturity and professionalism has just hit an all time low.

I see a fallout between onderground and the MX-3 scene happening....

I'd also like to know who really made that new hatch, was it onderground or that other company?
They both sell the hatch, but onderground is more $$

i called them up a couple months back about my pic on there site and they said they would take it off
2 days later it was off, then 2 weeks ago my pic was up again
this company has no respect for us, i will not buy one more thing from them, the mp5 front i got from them dosn't fit at all, it is thick but there were many things wrong with it

i would like to see what onderground has to say about this all, so please post and tell us your side of this

lol i found this on their forum. someone mentioned they totalled their mx-3, but is planning to get an rx-8. he's asking if they make kits for the rx-8 yet. onderground said:

"For now that car is still too recent to start making a kit for it. We will wait 1-2 years for car enthousiasm to grow little more."

lol they'll wait for more kits to come out for it is what they'll do so they can steal the kits and make it their own.

If i want to voice my opinion ill ****ing voice it and there is abso-****ing-lutely no way onderground can stop me. If i said your stuff was sh*t what would you do? hunt me down?

Here are the facts:

1. YOU contridict yourself (This is original even though the pic shows where we cut and slipped)
2. You even said you were going to make the "Rev" kit which was viewed through Jademx3's car; thus, using him to create a new product and using his Fame to sell products (Nice Try)
3. any respectable mx-3er wouldn't purchase their products from you just because of your sales ethics. You try to sell by 'putting down' the competition.

Please consider your judgement before you threaten a respected member of the mx-3 scene and a good person in general.

id also like to add that everyone with their cars on their site email them if you do not want them on there because EVERYTHING on the net picture wise has implied copyright.
