b6 engine price

i have the opportunity buy an engine, transmission, water pump, alternator, distributor, clutch, timing belts, header and oxygen sensor. From a 92 1.6 sohc with 91,000 miles. The guy is asking 380.00 usd for all that. Is this a good price? think it would be smart to swap that inplace of my sohc with 180,000 miles to get my through the next 3 years of college?
