Question for 'stracmx3gs" on cardomain
Hey! nice car, I got a few questions...
The diamond steel floormats - where did you buy it, and how are the 2x2 sheets attached to the floor??

I am interested in the spoiler. First off, can you show me any pics of when it was attached to your car just so I can get an idea... and also, is the install hard? Can I do it myself if I just get a hatch garnish, or does it need to be done by a shop?
Thanks so much - sweet car. Peace man!

Strac's a good friend of mine.....the diamond plate he bought and cut to shape himself. Pretty clever and sharp looking.

Re: Question for 'stracmx3gs" on cardomain
Thanx for the comment..About those diamond floor mats, like Darren said I bought a 2x4 sheet and cut it myself..Bought it from a local shop here in Gatineau called Rapide Metal for 25 CND$..I used a metal saw to cut it..Really easy to do...About that spoiler yes I have pics at home(I'm at work right now) I'll post some on cardomain when I will have the chance...It will have to be custom fit tho..I don't know how hard it is to install because I bought the car with it..it was on top of a gs spoiler..you'll see when I'll post the pics...ohh and it was a pain to take off..stripped screws, lots of molding..I sanded the rough parts..Pics should be up by tommorow

Here is someone who is selling them: http://www.ridecustom.com/dpfmmx3 but they're a lot more than $25.

Thank a lot man, I like it. Lemme talk it over with the lady, check the funds, and I will email you very soon.
Regarding your diamond steel floor mats, are they attached to the floor with anything, or are they free and just sit on top of the rugs?? Thanks man!
