Topmix TM001 Front Lip

I'm wanting to get the Topmix TM001 front bumper lip (really nice), but when I contacted Topmix, because of the high postage rate, they referred me to VIS Corp. in L.A. Is this the place to get them? or is there someplace else? Overseas price was reasonable, but postage was more than lip. Doesn't bother me that much, but if I can get it at a lower price in US or CAN, like to know.
