Clearcoat gone? Wet sand fix or how?

Wondering, how to buff up the "raw" paint to a luster again. The roof is shiny, but the rear hatch area is dulling...can that be buffed out? Wet Sanded out? or what?Thanks?Robert?I cant stop asking questions?

if its just fading try using a little rubbing compund. made my ar look almost like new when i bought it

i have a green car so you dont notice the fading as much but i have heard that the red color fads faster or is more noticeable jason
