Crome inner door handles

Post by Maddbuck »

I've seen them on a MX-3 on someones website from this board.
Anyways I wanna get some to match my new sills and I found a website that sells them for a MX-5. They look identicle in the pictures to what the MX-3 has. The problem is they come in 2 versions one for the 1999/2000 MX-5 and the other for the 2001+ MX-5. I honestly don't think they would be different but you never know. I emailed and got a reply saying the mechanisms where different.
Who has bought these and put them on their MX-3 and which version did you buy?
thanx

I'm waiting for an email reply from the site I posted above, when I get it I'll let you all know what they said. So far it looks like it may be the 1999/2000 part which cost US$53.60 from the site above but let me get the email to confirm the part numbers and then I'll rush order them to get them in and let you all know which of the two to buy for sure.

OK the 1999-2000 handles from the site above fit fine. There was one slight thing I had to do and that was use the lock rod clip from the old handles. The bottom rod clip to pull the door lever was identical. They are in and look excellent. :D
