Red tail lenses...

I own a 1992 MX-3 GS and I was wondering... Are there solid red tail light lenses, I.E. without the amber turn signal section, available for the MX-3? I noticed a few cars that had them in pics, one site even said they had them painted. Anyway, I like the way they look in pics, but I have not found them anywhere. Does anyone have any information on this?
