Yes, If you have a three prong switch. You need to hook up the ground and positive terminal to the switch and I usually run a power wire from the battery, but for neons all you need to do is tap the power wire from the cigerrette ligher. The power supply wire is your third wire. Hope that helps

Yea, you can use 18, it doesn't need to be very thick, you are not running that much power. I havn't connected it to my cigeratte lighter so i am really not sure which one is the positive wireis, it can only be one of two wires. The negitive wire should have a black stripe on it. Also if you are doing 4 switches, you may want to run power from the battery just so you don't have so much power tapped into the lighter.
Hope that helps

Well from my alarm they drilled a hole in my firewall and i ran a wire through there. The best way to find a whole, which i did on my friends car was to take a hanger and unbend it till its straight. Then just poke it through the fire wall and see if you can find a spot to the dash. Usually there is a spot. Once you find a spot, tie the wire onto the hanger, and pull the wires through the firewall. Its not that tricky.
If worse come to worse, you can run the wires through the outside, under the hood and through the driver side door and into the car. The best way is to go through the firewall if you can.
