removing back seats

Hey guys ive got my entire front half of my interior done how I want it now on to the back seats. I got the back part ou where you sit it was just two little clips. How do I get the back seat part that you lay your back on out? also how do I get the trunk carpet off of the clips without ripping the carpet? and then finally how do I remove the side panels in the back? Thanks in advance!

The side panels in my back seat just sort of popped out after I removed the piece above (the one with the little hook thingy). It takes a little effort, but mine just pulled out and I put them back in without any problems. Hope that helps.

ya thx i got my panels out and covered in vinyl (too many wrinkles though) I also got my back seats done in vinyl except for the part where your back rests im having a little problem with that one ( i have it out but cant get around the button thingys on the top to get the fabric off.) other than that my ENTIRE interior is done how i want it, i used jeff abrams idea but mines in red and my entire seat is in vinyl and i made a custom speaker box in the same vinyl as my interior ill get pics up soon.
