Aluminum wing help and question.

I have always loved the whole aluminum wing look but thought it would be a butt to put on considering the givin space on the back of the hatch. I saw a pic that was posted that had one on it so somebody knows someone who can give me a bit of a walk through on how it can be done. The only part i really dont get is the mounts on the wing look too far apart from the front to the back to fit on that small piece on the back of the hatch. I figured maybe how it was done was to make the mounts closer together, can anyone help me out? thanks!
