Clear Headlight covers and paint

on <A HREF="http://www.corksport.com" TARGET=_blank>www.corksport.com</A> they sale gts clear headlight covers and they say that they are paintable. When they say "covers", they're not talking about "lens" I guess. And how can you pain these covers?
