aftermarket light bulbs
Here is the question: anyone has any kind of light bulbs on their mx-3 blue or purple? Is 80/100 watt ones too powerful, I heard someone say u have to rewire the headlights and put some kind of fuse, or they will burn up, and melt inside the headlamp. Is this true? Or I can just put them in without expecting any problems in the future? Plus one company can anyone recommend. Thanx.

Re: aftermarket light bulbs
What companies make good light bulbs, that I don't burn up too often?

Re: aftermarket light bulbs
get PIAAs or Hella. PIAA superwhites are simply amazing, and hella is pretty good too but i've never used them personally. you take your chances with the generic "hyper blue" bulbs that you find everywhere. get a decent set and you'll be fine.
Dude.

I talked to a company that distributed for Nopi, and he said that the BMW gas lights fit perfectly into Mx-3 headlights. They are about $50 cdn

Re: aftermarket light bulbs
yeah that is true....they are too high of a wattage for the wires....u can re wire them you just need to install a relay.....plus if you rewire ur lights with larger guage wire it can make the 15% brighter.....but u need the relay...<BR>jason
