My black Interiors turning Blue???

Post by Joemama »

Is there a way to keep the black fabric um... Black? It has a blueish purple color to it. I used a steam cleaner it made it cleaner but it still has the blue to it.
Joe

it's been sun-bleached. I don't know of any way to restore it other than replacing the fabric. Maybe those interior dyes will work, but other than that I don't know how to help you. Sorry kid.
~Ryan~

I bought my car used and it has the same problem. I also tried using my steam cleaner and had the EXACT results (blue but cleaner). I had thought about using dye but I think that I will just replace the fabric with tweed or vinyl (when I get the money).
