Painting the Windguard???
Painting the Windguard???
I'm looking into the windguards and have seen some people with painted ones. What type of paint do I need so that it won't come off with the heat since it gets so hot here in KY.
Chris
------------------
Mazda MX-3, Black, Automatic, 1994 Base Model V4

To make sure that the paint stays on, be sure to:
1. lightly sand the windguard to give it a slightly rough texture all over
2. apply 1-2 coats of primer, and allow ample time for it to dry
3. paint with desired (heat resistant?) paint, 2-3 light coats; allow ample time to dry
4. maybe appy 1-2 coats of a clear coat

------------------
----
Gary Mui (gary.mui@sinnovations2.com)
Sales Representative
Streamline Innovations 2
Vancouver, BC
604.312.9588
www.sinnovations2.com
mx3slimvisors.2ya.com
