CODE 02 OR 12?? HELP PLS!

ok, so my car failed emissions.. i checked the ecu for codes and i get thi. the engine light comes on ONE time and then turns off, it lasts on for abour 1 second, right after it turns off..it flasses 2 times. Im confused..i know that one code is for the tps and the other is for camshaft position sensor. now if it was the camshaft posituion sensor..wouldnt the car noit start? can the tps be at fault for my bad emissions? should i reset the tps using the faq? any help very appreciated. lately mt car has been burning alot of fuel..well around 25 mph. is that normal? the man told me i was running rich but i get no codes for oxygen sensor nor anything fuel related.
so is it code 02 or code 12??

does it fash once then puase for a while then flashes twice. if does that them its a 10 and 02 code

10 intake air temperture sensor
02 ne-signal (clueless on that one)

bit if it flashes once them flashes twice the its a code 12 which is TPS

well...i know how to read them except that this kinda stunned me.. it goes like this ..engine light is off, then comes on for around 1 sec, then turns off, then haldf a second later. it flashes twice.

Its a code 12 thats the flash squence for a code 12. u know curtiss a guy with a silver/blueish mx-3 all riced out. just asking cause i use to go to UTEP in 02/03 he spoted me when i drove my Limegreen MX-3 in El Paso one day. probly seen it when i use to go school there anyway its not limegreen anymore. just wanted to know if u seen any of these MX-3's in el paso laters

Hey you guys are from el paso tv?? it be nice to have a little meet lol maybe you can help me with my ecuy codes? lol what sucks is that my car is running great, i dont know why i get that code, i guess it may be running a bit rich.not sure. theres no smoke coming out of the exhaust at all. About that riced mx3, havent seen it. i live in the lower valley. I have seen one thatsnblack and is dropped and has a system. Theres this street off george dieter where theres 3 mx3 owners that live almost next to each other. my mx3 has a sticker in the back under the hatch garnish thing (that little window) it says elpasochat.org i guess my mx3 is the only one that has that. my clear coat is falling off, and im always cruising around town.
An old friend of mine has a raspberry colored mx3, i dont know if it runs. My ex has a black one, automatic. And theres a few green ones that look like mine, even with the clear coat all cracked. I was going to buy another one in mexico, was a nice black gs, it said salvage on the title. Theres also a lime green one in juarez. pm me if ur from el paso oh about the ecu..so its code 12 rught? tps sensor?

i use to live in el paso when i attended UTEP i lived in the dorms. mostly i hanged around MESA and around the east side and that abandted airfield where everyone raced. but now am in san antonio. when i was there my car was limegreen seem to be the only down there with that color at the time. am on www.cardomain.com where i got pic of my car. I do a meet but its a 8hr drive and i never have any time from work. if u can get a desent mx-3 meet in el paso sure i go up there. but for now my car is sanded down awaiting to be painted black. Its a code 12 there like $50+ at auto zone or any auto parts store and like $10-15 at the junk yard. probly more since its a V6. laters the guy ed knows who curtiss is his mx-3 blow me away.
