seeing as how that is including a limited slip differential and a custom intercooler (I assume it is being made up by company to your dimensions) then it seems pretty good since it is including the installation.

what all is included in your "kit"?
where did you get your gt-r from and for how much?
what car did the tranny come from?

that's what i thought. this means the tranny is an awd tranny..and unusable for our cars.
also, i'd make sure that it's a gt-r and not a gtx. the price you're paying is pretty cheap....and gt-r motors are on average 1800US. either way, your motor came from a 90-94 j-spec 323.
[ August 02, 2003: Message edited by: cre8v mx3 ]

i'm not trying to say you didn't get a gt-r motor. i'm just saying you might want to check into it. there are a lot of places that have no clue about what motors they have and where they came from...even though they act like they do. when you look at the car, look at all markings stamped in the block. on the back side of the intake manifold. color of the fuel injectors. nomenclature stamped on the turbo. if you ended up getting a gtx motor, it's still a good motor. if you did get a gt-r at this price, that's a pretty sweet deal. just the fact that the gt-r or gtx bpt motors never came with a fwd tranny and they told you it did, brings up some concern. just looking out for ya.
here's an ad taken directly from a reputable engine sales company(street imports)
BPTurbo Mazda JDM 1.8L BPTurbo with AWD transmission
[ August 02, 2003: Message edited by: cre8v mx3 ]
