Hi

I used castrol high milagefor my last oil change. Can I switch back to regular castrol 10 30? Will i damage my seals or anything?

Also is it normal to go from F to L on the dipstick in 3400 km (2000 miles)?

Thanks for the reply. I switched back to regular oil and it runs much better for some reason

R u sure that its not normal to loose that much oil in 2k miles? My 95 GS had only 100,000km on it and it would do that same thing. The car pulls hard and is smooth.
