Corner Light problem

Hi, I have a small problem with the front corner lights, when i turn the lights on at night one of them doesn't light up, but yet when i signal it still works, i just wondering how to fix this problem, by either making the other one turn off or turning on the broken one, i just want them for signals, so they really don't need to be on.

change the bulb - it probably has the filament burnt out

anything i can do so that it's never on

cut the wire going to it
