obd1 klze ecu?

Post by mx34u2nve »

i noticed when i as searching corksport that they had an ecu for the klze but only for the obd1 klze. well i already have a klze ecu and it says KL36 on it will this work with any klze? i thought that what determined whether it was obd1 or obd2 was the whether there was 1 or 2 o2 sensors, well the o2 sensors aren't on the engine there on the exhaust aren't they?

From what we know all ECU's from KLZE's are OBDI, KL31 = MTX, KL36 = ATX. Only OBDII are set up to havemore then the 2 O2 sensors. Your ECU will work fine unless you have a '96 MX3.
