I know you might think this a stupid question but where the hell is the oil filter on the 1.8 V6????

Hint: try opening the hood first, it helps to shed a little light on the subject. 
<p>It's on the engine block side that is closest to the radiator (the radiator is on the front of the car). It's just below the alternator and beside the A/C compressor (if you have one). It's easier to remove this part from below.
