Check the thermostat - is it opening?<p>Check the radiator cooling fan. Does it run?
Re-shaped and re-sized gearshift lever. Best driveability mod you can do!
Extra thick soundproofing in the boot (trunk) to quieten my stainless steel exhaust system :)

What is your water/coolant ratio? It should be 70/30 in most cases depending on your climate (50/50 in the great white north).

Or like you have some buildup in the block, they make cleaners for that stuff. It'll leave a clay colored sediment in your overfill tank when you use it, you can just get rid of that later.

Oh, how quickly did you fill your coolant. You can't just pour it in you know, you need to trickle it through a funnel. Otherwise you may have air pockets that can cause the engine to overheat.

Fill from the cap on the engine until coolant fills up the radiator at the expansion tank, then top off at the cap on the engine.

also check to make sure the water pump is working...if its not circulating coolent...the engine temp needle will go up...I had the problem. MY rad was fine...but my pump was dont...check around the pump for leak...if it is...that a hard jon to fix...its takes time..beacuse you have about two inches of work space.
