Rad flush, engine light?

I just got a cooling system flush, and oil change and tranny oil change done (MTX) <BR>After it was done, the mechanic told me the check engine light came on, they tried to pull the codes with the computer, nothing came of it.. they did it manually, nothing as well, i did it manually ( jumping the pins ) nothing as well, the light just stays on, no blinking.. Im lost.

I'm assuming you have a V6 since you're posting in this forum. <P>Go in the V6 FAQ forum, and go to the Check Engine light code post. There it tells you exactly how to pull the codes.

Oh yea, david, the computer doesnt get any codes when it pulls it from the ecu. and when i do it manually, the CEL doesnt blink, just stays lit<BR>something is really bizarre, b/c the light comes on when there is a code stored in the compupter, RIGHT? when we try to pull the code, there is no code.<BR>F-ed up in my opinion.
