It depends.<P>What kind of engines do you have that you want to change the cams in ?

ive got the K8. but im wondering i have heard cam gears and camshafts whats the diffrnce?

There are no cam gears available for us, but Interprep has cams. try searching for something along that line.

well you will get gain from the KL 03 or the KL ZE cams or you can get yours a more agresive regrind

what he was trying to say is that if you put in the cams from either the ASPEC or JSPEC 2.5L you will get more HP, but you can get even more with some custom regrinds
