I got the 92 GS 5spd with a muffler and air filter performance wise. I've got good deal available for 2.5 exhasut piping from the cat to the muffler. Now my muffler sounds beautiful now. Will the 2.5 piping ruin the sound of the muffler. It will likely be louder. And how much is performance increased?

hey im thinking 5-15 hp u live in manithoba canada? if so so do i thats funny but their a crap load of mx-3 in this province i drive 93 mx-3 gs with intake exhasut and rims but yea 5-15 hp

bigger than 2 1/4" will hurt your low end torque which is really what the k8 lacks anyways, as for adding hp try 5-8 if properly done.

I live in winnipeg. We should get together someday i know a couple of other mx-3's that want to. And about the exhaust im getting it for a real deal and im thinking of the kl03 swap but not likely for another year. So i donno if i should get it or not. Brand new piping for $75 cdn then just to get it installed.

oh ya and its already bent so i can only get the 2.5 for that price

2.25" Will also hurt your low end torgue.
