What's up with my idle?

Does any one else have a crazy idle? I adjusted the idle up, and it still feels like the dist. is bad or something. Keeps acting like it wants to stall. (replaced timing belt, plugs, plug wires, distributer, and knocked out the cat)

Check the vacume to your VRIS. They can play hell with your idle as well.
