Weapon R, why so bad??

I hear everyone saying bad things about the weapon R intake. What's so bad about it?<p>

I dont think it's that bad but the air filter just sits by the engine. With the PRM intake, there is a downpipe that goes away from the engine and gets cold air.

there have been reports of it not fitting properly.
Fast imports only come on two wheels.

It's the same as putting a K&N cone filter on the end of the intake plumbing. You can always make an air bath or cold air intake out of it. PRM brings you all of that right out of the box.

The PRM is $180, which is a lot, but many people think it's worth it. Personally I put a Ractive Heat Shield cone filter on, and then just ran a tube from that for my CAI. Total cost was like $40.
