New Camshafts and Headers for GS
Does anyone here know who makes aftermarket cams and headers for the GS. I recieved an E-mail from Gude Performance which said they had them, but when I called they then said the never carried parts for the MX-3. Any help would be appreciated.
Suspension Techniques lowering kit, front and rear strut braces, Ractive cold air intake, 16" wheels with 215/40's, full cat back custom Tanabe Racing Medallion exhaust. Custom Competion stereo, full interior purple neon lighting.

sigh....a Hurricane header for the MX-3 used to be available through Corksport but it no longer exists. Possibly modify Pacesetter, Brosal, or Hotshot header for MX-6.
I saw on the Probetalk forum where some outfit called Colt cams is offering regrinds. Search there for a website.
KLZE intake cams are a performance improvement over stock, they're available from Corksport.
KLZE, ZE PCM, UR pulley, PS catback, PS STS, PRM, IAC bypass, 64mm TB, FOP hair gel

Corksport is getting another companuy to manufacture headers - just not ready yet.. hang tough for a bit (like the rest of us) and they'll post it as soon as it's available.

anyone know what sort of hp gains you get from either the headers or the camshafts? or estimated hp?

Re: New Camshafts and Headers for GS
Cams could give 5hp, and they could give 50hp. It all depends on where and what other mods you have. Heck, they could give MORE than 50hp actually.
The guy who's running Tekguy's old motor [ProGTR on this board and probetalk]dropped in some interprep 270degree street cams. He's now @ 192whp, whereas tekguy was @ 176whp with the ZE cams. So that might give a good estimation of what they could do.
The key to good headers is long primaries. About 18-20" for our motors, with smallish diameters too.

I used to know alot about MX-3's, but not so much anymore. Oh well.

Most any of the big cam companies will do custom regrinds on stock cams, FYI
