Suspension Help!!!!!

i need a new suspension and want to know opinions on lowering the v6 gs. i was looking at ground control kit or getting new struts springs myself. any info will be helpful.<BR>Thanks,<BR>Dan

I know that H&R make the best springs for VW's PERIOD, but i don't know what their kit is like for the mx-3. tokico and koni both make good struts, pick the one you can afford. coil-overs seem cool but i wouldn't want to bother with setting them up juuuuust right. plus, there's no reason to raise the car for snow in florida! :D

so far i found kyb gas struts for 65 each so now i need springs. should i go oem or lowering?

Do you have ABS? I need to find suspension for 93' GS w/ ABS. I posted a question about it, but no one replied, yet.

yea i have abs and it seems none of the strut companies support abs brake systems.

ummmm, why would a strut/spring company "support" ABS? is there something i'm missing?

Not sure why, but every upgrade listing states "not ABS". Is there some kind of sensor on them?

The reason no one replied is this has been answered before.<p>The only difference in struts for non-ABS and ABS is an extra screw hole to mount a bracket that secures the wire for the ABS sensor.<p>Buy the struts you like and figure out an alternative method to secure the wire. Shouldn't be too hard.
