um.. of ur only removing the stock stereo... why are u taking all the trim off? go to ur local walmart, get some DIN Puller Tools. there should be 2 little holes on each side of the stereo. u place the ends of the pullers in there, and pull ur hands apart to apply pressure on the catch pins, and pull out... and ta da da... one removed stereo.

Mounting kit, availiable at any automotive store.

Canadian tire sells them for about $10-15CDN.

all you have to do, to mount the cage is simply bend down the metal tabs of the cage, with a screw driver or I use a pair of bent neadle nose pliers. this will snug the cage in your din hole then all you have to do is slide your deck in.

wow never done this before eh?

well you got the cage in there solid. right?

only connect the wires you are gonna use. Unless you have an amp these are the only wires you need to connect->

+12volts constant (usually a yellow wire)
+12volts accessory (usually a red wire)
Ground. usually a black wire.

then connect the eight speaker wires.

that's it. Oh, and tape up the ends of the wires you are not using.

sucks when your going down the road at night and your dimmer wire hits bare metal........ What happen I got no lights!!!! lol
