TV/ DVD Setup Help

Post by pipes »

I currently run a 4channel and a 2 channel amp from my cd deck. (2x10" 2x 6x9 2x split 6" and centre)
I have just purchased an in dash DVD player and an in dash 7" monitor.
Now the DVD player plays mp3/cd/dvd etc.
My question is what tis the best way to set this up. Do I get rid of my existing deck( It is quite expensive and just use my DVD or is there a way to hook up my DVD to my existing deck and use the same speaker setup?
I hope this make sense.

there is no reason at all to keep your current deck. Get rid of it, try to sell it for a couple bucks. Your new indash will have the same type of preouts for your amps and it will hook up the exact same way.

Which indash did you get? Sounds like the Alpine D900 I want.
