hello guys here is my system<p> headunit : Kenwood kdc-mp8017
amplifier : Rockford Punch 200m
subwoofer : MTX thunder 6000<p> i have installed everything the AMP turn ON because there is a red light on it but there is no sound coming from the SUB<p> here is the manual of my Kenwood mp3 player<p>Kenwood KDC-mp8017<p>any ideas or solutions<p>thanks for the help<p>[ August 29, 2003: Message edited by: philcosta ]</p>

If the red light on the amp is on it might be the warning light that something is hooked up wrong. Does the amp have a green light?

- ZE, Mike seli 214 intake cams, Ported n polished heads, Interprep valve springs, DE retainers, rebuilt bottom end, toga main and rod bearings, toga hv oil pump, CZT 67mm tb, mbx udp, ported intake mani, SS headers, 2.5inch full exhaust, racingbeat muffler, highflow cat, megasquirt v2.

i just did a kenwood install & the rca's wouldnt work.......for some reason
multi meter the leads out the head unit

what should i do ???<p> first of all i hadd a base tube with a buil in amp a Koss in my car before getting this system and the bass worked great but now its doesnt work with the new amp and sub<p> Tyler the light on the amp means in on not a warning<p>[ August 29, 2003: Message edited by: philcosta ]</p>

Did you try all the RCA outs to make sure it's not just one set? Also, some heads require that you go through the menu to turn on the sub RCA outs. Also double check any setting switches on the amp to make sure it's not set wrong.

i went trough all the settings on my kenwood but i cant seem to find it

thanks guys /My system is working good now i hook it up to my rear speakers .My RCA wasnt working.<p>THanks Tyler for the help
