I just got my rear ractive strut bar and took off the back speaker covers and took off the bolts to the shocks, and my strut bar base disk holes arent in the right spots! If I put it on one side the bar will stick out towards teh ****pit. I hope someone understands what Im saying. Any help would be greatly appreciated I really want to get this in for the looks/performance. Thanks all!

I had a similar problem with my front one, so we had to bend the bracket parts to fit, was hard cause i wanted it to still be a good fit and rigid, if you're gonna have to bend it, do it right and make it snug.
[ January 14, 2003: Message edited by: 992mmx3 ]

Re: Rear strut bar install HELP!
i'm just throwing this out there but is it possible that you put the left bracket on the right side and right bracket on the left side by accident ? would it matter? is it 2 left brackets or somthing, maybe they screwed up? again i'm just guessing no real experience here...
