well i was gonna go with the 1206Q 12" flame sub with 120oz magnet and a sensitivity of 96.4 with a 1000RMS. would it be better to go with AWP-310X 10" pro piston sub with
180oz magnet , a 93.8 db sensitivity, and 1000 rms. ill be running them off a monoblock bazooka amp with 600RMS. eventually ill buy another amp so each sub will have seperate power but for now im gonna run them both off that one amp. what will hit better?

yeah im gonna go with 2. 3 eventually but ill have 2 more amps by then. its around 300rs to each channel.. are you saying that id blow these running to little power? i figured 300rms to each would make em hit fine without killin em. by the way both speakers are 1000rms. i was just wonderin cuz one has a lower db rating and a biggert magnet while the other has a higher db but smaller magnet.

Although I would just run both subs off your monoblock amp in a series config. Otherwise if you have both subs running off different amps it won't sound as clean. It is very hard to get two amps to put out the same power, sound, etc. so one sub will be in effect compeating with the other. It will still be loud as f---, but it wont sound as clean as if you ran them off the same amplifier.

Re: audiobahns
Flame basket subs work awsome but it is far worse to under power a sub then over power one. Too much power you can always turn down and will push the sub the way it was built to work.Too little power you will under drive the woofer, making distortion and hurting the sub then the amp.At the store i work at we had 500 watts rms on one aw1006q
flame basket then put about 900 watts to it worked very very well!!
YOU CAN NEVER HAVE TOO MUCH POWER!!
