Sub Sub Box too big??? I need dimensions, if ya got em

Hey, I am in the process of buying an MX-3. Last weekend, I went to this "mega sale" and bought a nice size box with 2 12s that handle 450 a piece. Only problem is, I don't know if these babies will fit in my hatchback. It's 37inches long, 20 wide, and 14 high. Please lemme know if I'm gonna have to do some mods to the box or car or anything. If you can get it past the top deck It might.... I seem to recall the top deck being 33" across. I'm not for sure, but I think it's 33-35". Hope that helps.<P>John
