i am a die hard mazda fan but i am really really fond of the nissan skyline gtr i am planning on buying one but i want to know if mazda has a car that can offer what the skyline has?hit me back

if you are asking then you don't deserve a skyline

You may want to look into an rx-7 or a new rx-8

First thing, A die hard fan would definitely know the line-up of his/her most liked car,,,
Why to discuss, an RX-7 would never come to a skyline GTR in stock condition!!
And also I would never ever, on earth buy a nissan skyline, IIIIITSSS a freakin NISSAN damnit,, I would spend 10 grand more and buy myself a porsche 911 or a BMW M3!!And the last thing i wanted to add is, you just found the worst place for showin off my friend!! lol

RX-7 is a better all around car but the R34 is capable of more power in most cases. One of the local boys here is importing a Skyline. I would prefer a FD3S or an SR20DET powered RPS13 over the Skyline (since money is a factor for me). IF money wasn't a problem, of course I would be calling Motorex and ordering up an R34.

i have a video in japan of an RX-7,R34,R33,NSX, and 2 lancers. All of them are 100% stock and track racing (not drag). Who do you think wins? The RX-7. The GTR was 2nd.

Just an Idea. What about the new Mazda 6? Any of you like that model? Would that out run an rx-7 stock?

Wonderful looking sedan but it won't be able to compete with an FD. From what I have heard, it is a much better car than the Camry, Accord, and Altima in the handling department.The thing to remember is Horsepower means nothing. The FD is one of the best handling cars ever produced, what it lacks in power is made up by its handling capabilities. Weight also plays a part in the equation.

I had the chance to test drive the 6 and it definitely feels like a "fun" car compared to the accord despite its lack of power. Its also very popular... you've got the same chances of gettin a ms protege here.

I'd go with the skyline, the rx-7's are some of the dirtiest running cars out there, they come here with 3 catalytic converters, if you take all 3 off, they will blow big flames from the back (at least a 3rd gen turbo one did).

yeah, i know that, but the rotary engines run very dirty and at first were almost not sent to america, which I find weird cause japan has stricter emissions laws.
