Anybody know the horsepower of the 1.6L SOHC. I have a '92 RS and I heard or saw somewhere that it puts out 88 HP. Can anybody confirm that? It seems low to me. Thanks!

I just bought some 205/40-17. They fit fine. Why would you want 14's? If you are lowering it into a low-rider - that is STUPID!

I bought my '92 MX-3 RS in 1998 with 67,000 miles on it. It currently has 119,000 miles on it and most are highway miles (I drove it almost 30 miles/day for 2 1/2 years to school). Just got a tune-up at 105,000 and it runs good.

I had that same problem a couple years ago on mine. If your CV boots are torn, then dirt and other stuff will get up in the CV axles. I just had my CV axles replaced for about $400 or so. Hope that helps

I have noticed that the engine revs at 4000 RPMs at about 90 MPH. I have a 92 RS and I can get to 75 in third gear, and have maxed at 115. After 3rd, its pretty slow getting to 100.
