does anybody know if you can buy just the filter sock for the fuel pump or clean it instead of buying a whole new pump?

now ive taken my radiator off and used a high pressure waer hose to check for leaks...no leaks; ever since i overheated, my car wont start it just turns and turns and turns and every so often sounds like its gettin a little gas...then it smells flooded...ive been having trouble with starting though....

cant say i know anybody in south africa...sorry man...internet would be your best bet..just dont buy from ebay unless you REALLY know your car and know what youre doing

thanks for the input...im leaning more towards the water pump than the head gasket...for a short period of time, my hose coming from my radiator to my reservoir had air being pumped through it...when my car would overheat, i would hear a "boiling" sound...i pulled the downstem out of my re...

ok...heres for the long awaited update...i got the sensor, put it in, and now i start fine, run fine, and when im at norm. running temp and shut my car off, it starts right back up...now for the newest problem (which isnt anywhere near as aggrevating as the previous)...if i turn my a/c on while idli...

ok...i have found the temp gauge for the ecu paparoached...green plug, two wires...its all there...when i ran my codes, it gave me a code 9, which is engine coolant temp. i replaces the temp sensor for the gauge, but i still get the #9...i guess this is what i need to replace...only problem, whats i...
