oil is leaking onto the outside of the motor down into the spark plugs?.... when was the last time you did a full tune up? hesitation could be caused by alot of things..

sounds like a clogged filter... when was the last time that you did a filter and fluid change? also when your hold button flashes that means that your ecu has detected a serious problem with your transmission.. but mine did the same exact thing yours is doing, flashing hold light and everything... c...

Knock Sensor??? Code#7

Hey all, my check engine light is flashing 7 times. code is stored... anyway i looked it up and it says it is the knock sensor.. well first of all is this correct? and second what and where is a knock sensor? thanks for anything...

sounds like the battery... i bet it is something simple.. same thing happened to me.. but my battery was not getting a good connection.. so i put some new terminals on and it works great.. i also put the battery on charge overnight....and yes this happened to me out of the blue with no warning..

man when I did the brakes on my sisters protege i had to take a regular claw hammer and beat the hell out of that thing... i thought i was gonna knock the car off the jack! i hit it really hard i mean people were looking at my like i had issues or something.. anyway a little at a time it came off......

it may have a rubber cap over it, but yeah it's right on top of the throttle body. it is set down in what looks almost like a metal tube

Look under your hood on the firewall, by the brake booster, there is a plug that says "diagnostic" on it open the cap on it and look at the diagram. you will see one pin that says "ten" and one that says "grd".... warm the motor up to normal temp.. then take a small pie...
