Re: Ski/Snowboard Trip

I try to get a full day in. Weekdays aren't as busy, so I will probably be heading out around 8ish. If you wanna come out for a half day, gimme a holler and we can meet up on the hill.

Wellp, I've got Tuesday off and it's supposed to be a nice day, so I'm heading out for sure that day.

Who wants to come with?

Re: Ski/Snowboard Trip

They're expecting snow & clouds tomorrow and maybe even on Sunday as well. I'm still hurting pretty bad from Wednesday (tried to chop down a tree with my knee) so I could use an extra day to heal if you all still want to go Sunday instead.

Dangit. I'm on call that weekend. I'll see if anyone is able to switch shifts.

Re: Ski/Snowboard Trip

haha, I'm so addicted.

It's a little late notice, but work is slower this week, so my manager told me to take a lieu day tomorrow, so I'm heading to Sunshine again. Anyone else up?

Re: Ski/Snowboard Trip

I had a nice obstacle drifting course in my back alley on my way to work in the morning. It was garbage day today.

Re: Ski/Snowboard Trip

Wow, was it ever windy. I think that's the first time I haven't been able to get to sleep in a while.

I'd prefer Sunshine.

Re: Ski/Snowboard Trip

Not on call this weekend, so I will be going out either Saturday or Sunday, depending on which day has the better forecast. So far it's looking like there will be some fresh snow this week, so it should be good.
s---, they're expecting 10cm tonight. Might have to call in sick :)

Re: Ski/Snowboard Trip

Yeah, I have my brother's snowboard this year, so I picked up a Sunshine Card and have been out 5 times so far myself as well. Try to do one trip a week and the weekends have been decent. I should have called you as I ended up going out myself yesterday. PM me next time you go out, we can at least c...

Thanks for all of your advice. It really is much appreciated. I'm not here for the sake of debating, I'm trying to learn this stuff as this is the first time I've done brakes.

Never heard of 'speed bleeding' or a 'power bleed' so I will have to check that out.

I trust you know a lot of stuff mechanically about the car, but I think you might be off on this one. The workshop manual says: " Air bleeding must be done from the bleeder screw farthest from the disassembled parts to the nearest " So, if I simply replace the driver side wheel cylinder, d...

Brake Bleeding Issue

I replaced the shoes and wheel cylinders on both sides on the rear on my RS. I have bled the back brakes as much as I can and I don't see any more air bubbles coming out but it still seems a wee bit squishy. Is there a possibility air got into the front lines, or are those isolated? I'd rather not h...

Sylvan's a nice town. Good call. I have seen a few MX3s in Sylvan Lake, and lots in Red Deer.

I've got a BP RS if you're interested...
