As for getting parts it's not too bad right now but they will cost you.

From the sounds of it your deck is done. If you can't turn it on your power switch inside the deck is probably fried. But if you are adiment about your deck not being blown the first thing to do is remove it. Get yourself a digital meter and test the 12V input see what voltage it measures should be ...
