My car is doing the same thing, and I have the hei mod done, could it be the plug gap?, and timing?

I am trying to locate a europe style front bumper, the one with the fog lights, any help would be appreciated.

I didn't think that you could get them from mazda anymore, plus I live in canada to so that might make a difference
