http://www.tirerack.com just ask them to ship FedEx and not UPS, they will do that. I get all my tires from there, takes three days shipping and they are at your doorstep. If they are made in Canada or USA, no duties, just PST/GST.

Blaine is right by the border, is the customer from Canad and wants to just come over the border to pick it up. May have better luck driving a bit furhter closer to Seattle.
