Removing an alternator from the 1.6 MX-3...WTF?!
Went to take out the alternator the other night, no problem removing it, but when I tried to get it out, no way. I tried through the top and the bottom, and it seems like there's now way to get this damn thing out around the motor. Anyone got any advice?<P>Thanks!

The bearings in your waterpump could be on there way out causing the belt to run hot/sqweel. Run the car for a minute or two and put your finger on the alternator belt then the other belt. If the alternator belt is substatually hotter, the belt is not aligned or the bearings in the waterpump or alte...
