I got mine on my previous car from BC auto as well, they were fine people (not the best) but i negotiated it down to 330$ w/ install but i painted it myself. But after all it was fine. they did a good installation as well. :p

Honestly, just ask the dealer, I can make up some number and waste your time.
Any mazda dealership should have them as its an item which is always in stock.

say about 400$ to do everything, paint, fit, install. my shop would do it for less, but well, but most places its from 400 and higher, some places even 800$.

The MX3 in the video is going a little bit faster than normal on the highway. Ooh and is the BPT guy insane, he was gonna smash into the wall; when would kids learn to have a bit of class in driving.
