Re: [FS] 93 MX-3 GS

when I purchased the car the original owner told us it was replaced, whether or not I believe them is not the case. I agree I would not just do the gaskets, I would change out the engine. I don't have the time and cash to do it so someone can buy this one and do it, it is the perfect candidate. If a...

Re: [FS] 93 MX-3 GS

Don't know how either of those 2 things would cost that much. Unless you can't do the work yourself and have to have a shop do it but if you can it is probably going to cost around maybe 100$ in gaskets and only about 2 days work. The engine swap would be the easy option just pull motor and replace ...

Re: about to change rear valve cover gaskets need help

Well it's all back up and running and no I didn't delete the lines, I do think that it's stupid to have coolant lines in the throttle body but oh well, I really didn't want it just chillen on the bottom not doing anything.

Re: about to change rear valve cover gaskets need help

Quick question: I am deleting the coolant lines that run through the throttle body but just want to make sure I am doing this correctly. I have looped the lines to one another and plugged the holes in the tb. Do I keep the plug unpluged or what?

Re: about to change rear valve cover gaskets need help

all of my rear spark plugs seem to be soaked in oil, my father who used to own a miata said that his did that and it was caused by a gasket that went in the bottom that was a guided o-ring or something. Any ideas?
